Ro is a visual artist with a love of abstract and op-art. She painted 2 large murals in the 80's (New York). After a successful 30 year acting and modeling career, she turned to her love of painting in 2017. Ro has had 4 solo shows and is currently displaying her work in 3 galleries.

Maureen is a group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer.

I'm a former college administrator and classroom teacher who is comfortable speaking in front of people and engaging them in a learning situation. I'm also a long-term aficionado of Belgian beer. So I thought why not combine the two " talents" and offer a class.

Leslie McKeon is a registered nurse with over 45 years of experience in healthcare practice and academia. She earned her PhD in 2004 and served as an Associate Professor at both the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and the University of Memphis for 13 years. Most recently, she worked as the Nurse Scientist at the University of Tennessee Medical Center and retired in May 2024.

Dennis Meredith is a retired world language teacher and director of cultural education for a not-for -profit cultural immersion program. He has travelled extensively to Europe, Mexico and Costa Rica. Keynote speaker at World Language Conferences.

Dianna Miller is a retired Social Studies teacher with a passion for travel. After years of teaching history, economics, and some geography, she found that she loved traveling to the places she taught about. She loves to share what she has learned about travel to foreign countries and other areas of the United States with budding travelers looking to learn more about land and sea journeys.

Jennifer Moore-Ambrosia an Assitant Professor at the College of Central Florida. She has taught courses in Western Civilizations, World Civilizations, United States History and Introduction to Anthropology. She holds a BA and an MA in History and a Masters in Higher Education Administration from the University of Central Florida. She also completed graduate study in the field of Anthropology.

Dr. Michael MoserDr. Michael Moser graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Florida Department of Orthopedics. He completed a Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute.

Lois Nix, a retired social worker, is an enthusiastic volunteer at On Top of the World. She takes on various leadership roles within the community, including coordinating the Single Women's group and serving as the President of the Ladies Shuffleboard Club.

I have been in agriculture education for the past 40 years. I have worked in the classroom as well as administration in the public schools Career and Technical Education. Currently I am the County Extension Director, one of the best kept secrets in our county is the Extenstion Service.
