Richard "Dick " Belz is a retired attorney, former U.S. Magistrate Judge, and was a computer programmer with IBM before attending law school. Belz received his B.A. in mathematics from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, and his law degree from the UF College of Law.

Mr. Gorham L. Black, III, is retired from a broad range of military and civilian occupations spanning fifty years. Mr. Black was born on 25 January 1943 at Fort Devens, Massachusetts. He graduated from Poitiers American High School, Poitiers, France.

Dr. Brenner is a limnologist/paleolimnologist with special interests in tropical/subtropical lakes and watersheds. He teaches courses in Limnology, Paleolimnology, Florida Lake Management, Tropical Field Ecology, and Humans and the Environment of the Yucatan Peninsula.
