Genoveva is a multi-ethnic individual from Guadalupe, AZ., who resided in a Native American and Latino community
located between the cities of Phoenix and Tempe. She attended Arizona State University where she received a
degree in Spanish with an emphasis in linguistics. She is fully proficient in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
At a very young age, Genoveva began her work in the metaphysical arena as an apprentice to her maternal
Grandfather and Grandmother, both Medicine people. During this time, she learned many traditional
perspectives on native healing. This training steered her in the direction of energy medicine at Southwest
Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Tempe, AZ. Those studies encompassed various healing and energy
modalities, including Hypnosis, Polarity, Tai-Chi, Cranial Sacral and Massage. Adding a practical dimension to
these Healing Arts, she decided to become a Business and Life Coach.From 2004 to 2013, Genoveva was part-time faculty at SWIHA in Tempe, AZ. She taught Hypnotherapy, while
assisting and coaching students through their clinical component of Hypnotherapy. Genoveva was also invited to
critique the process of polarity for the students who were going through this necessary process in their clinical
supervision while at SWIHA. Genoveva received her MBA in 2009 and continued with doctoral studies in
Organizational Management at the University of Phoenix.Genoveva is an exciting speaker who has given inspirational talks in both English and Spanish at many venues
throughout Arizona and Florida, including the lifelong learning center ‘Master the Possibilities' in Ocala.
