Students who register for and attend in-person classes will need to adhere to all CDC Guidelines in order to attend class at Master the Possibilities. Students will need to bring and wear a mask at all times while in the Education Center, complete a Coronavirus Screening, and bring personal hand sanitizer. To attend in-person classes students will follow the CDC, OSHA and the Department of Health recommended social distancing of 6 feet and that social distancing is required in all areas of the Education Center. The Coronavirus Screening will be confirmation that students are not experiencing: fever, shortness of breath, loss of sense of taste or smell, have a dry cough or runny nose, have a sore throat, or have diarrhea/nausea/vomiting, and have not traveled outside the United States, been on a cruise ship, or been to Louisiana, Connecticut, New Jersey or New York in the past 14 days.
COVID-19 is believed to spread mainly through person-to-person contact. Due to the frequency of visits of our students, those who attend in-person classes may have a risk of contracting the virus simply by attending class. This facility has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but cannot guarantee those who attend class will not become infected. By registering for and attending class in person, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that while at Master the Possibilities, I may be exposed to, or infected by, COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, or death. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury that may incur in connection with the use of the facility. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Master the Possibilities and On Top of the World Communities, LLC, Sidney Colen and Associates, Ltd., their agents, servants, and employees, and any other interested parties from all Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

Refunds will be given to participants who request to cancel a class at least six business days prior to the start date of the class, except for Educational Destinations, Art Workshops, and Local Flavors which has a twenty-five (25) Business Day policy. Refunds are not available for Pre-recorded Distance Learning classes.
Students who cancel after the business day rule before a class, or do not attend the class, forfeit the full tuition paid. Students who qualify may request a credit to apply to future classes, a credit back to the credit card used at the time of registration, or a check for check/cash transactions. Note: There will be a $2 processing fee applied to all refund requests.
If Master the Possibilities cancels a class at any time, full tuition paid by the student will be issued to the student, unless the student prefers to receive credit for a future course. All credit balances will automatically be returned to the student by the end of each term. Please allow two weeks for processing checks and credit card refunds.
Returned Check Policy
Master the Possibilities charges $25 on each returned check due to insufficient funds
Member and Non-member Fee Status
The fees are listed as “Member” and “Non-Member.” Members are residents of any of the On Top of the World, Indigo East, Candler Hills and Stone Creek communities. MTP is not directly affiliated with On Top of the World. Rather, MTP is a separate educational foundation, since 2015. As such, it is not included in the monthly community service / association fee. The Master Association, serving all communities, provides a small level of support to MTP, which provides members with class discounts. New members or members that have not registered in the new system should call the office to be added to the member group in the online system for course discounts.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES - EVEN FREE ONES
Register early because many classes fill up fast. You can cancel up to six business days in advance. We make course cancelation, material purchases, and room set-up decisions based on enrollments, so it is important that we know attendance. Free class registration just requires an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or a phone call to our 24-hour hotline at (352) 854-3699, or stop by the office.
