Joe Bartosh lives in Ocala and is married with two grown children, two grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. He is originally from Wisconsin. He spent many years in law enforcement prior to spending the second half of his career in local government. He has seen it from the labor as well as management side, having both been a union president and administrator. He was also very active in politics during much of his life. He feels strongly that we need to spend more time focusing on that which is closest to us and effects us most directly. That is the government in our city halls and court houses. He has always had a great passion for history and feels we have much to learn from both the right and wrong things that were done by those that went before us.
