Kyong Danecki was born in South Korea and developed a passion for cooking, inspired by her mother, who owned a restaurant. She expanded her culinary skills by taking several cooking classes while living in Thailand. Over the past nine years, Kyong has been teaching cooking classes in both Thailand and South Korea. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping others learn to prepare healthy meals, aiming to improve and maintain their overall well-being through nutritious cooking.
