Jan Hathaway is employed by United Way of Marion County as the ReadingPals Program Director responsible for mobilizing volunteers to read to kindergarten students in Marion County Public Schools. Jan has been a Volunteer Administrator for 30 years, 25 of those in Marion County. Jan has a BS in Business Administration/ Management, attended Volunteer Management Training at the Graduate School of Social Work at Rutgers's University and is currently enrolled in a Master of Arts/ Human Services at Webster University.
