Ms. Virginia (Ginger) Soumar is an Associate Scientist IV with Breedlove, Dennis & Associates, Inc. (BDA). She received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Central Florida in 2005. Ms. Soumar has been employed with BDA since February 2007; BDA has provided environmental services for the OTOW community since 2015.
Hope is an accredited T'ai Chi Chih Instructor with 24 years teaching experience in varied facilities, even credited classes at a college. She has taught in the states of Pennsylvania, Arizona, South Carolina and Florida. Hope currently teaches beginner and intermediate classes.
