Ink With Watercolor Term 2

Artist Tina Carchia uses ink to bring out all of the details and then goes over it with watercolors to add in the color and shading. Watercolor is a quick drying paint. Tina will take you at an easy to follow pace, all the way through to a completed project in only four hours!
