Sparkling wines are made in all major wine regions of France. In this session, we'll investigate competitors to Champagne that use the same production methods and produce high-quality bubblies at a fraction of the price. Let's celebrate.

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
