Zinfandel, California's iconic grape, offers a diverse array of complex flavors, ranging from bold to jammy. "Old Vine" Zins add intensity with nuanced spices. It's time to scout the current state of Zinfandel wines.

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
