This session will explore sparkling wines made in various global wine regions. We'll learn production methods and sample a wide array of delicious 'sparklers.' Lecture and tasting of international sparkling wines.

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
