Lecture and tasting, for Premium Cabernet Sauvignon. Global collectors are liberating vast $$$ for premium Cab's. Our goal will be to find deluxe Cab's from major production centers at modest price points. Can it be done?  Lecture and tasting.

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class. 

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
