The opulent aroma & flavor profile of Pinot Noir has collectors paying $100's and even $1,000's per bottle for this elixir. Let's examine its popularity and of course, sample a variety of Pinot's from key global production regions. Lecture and tasting of Pinot Noir wines. 

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class. 

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
