Merlot has made a comeback! Current Merlot wine offerings exhibit character and resolve! Let's learn where the best Merlot's are being made and test an international assortment of this tasty libation. Lecture and tasting of Merlot wines. 

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class. 

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom
