Water Aerobics 101
Calling all H20 newcomers for an invigorating aqua fitness class designed to provide education in a fun and effective workout in the water. The buoyance of the water lifts you up and reduces impact on your joints. Whether new to water fitness or a seasoned enthusiast, this class is designed for all fitness levels looking to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. No swimming experience necessary for this shallow water class.
NOTE: Students need to bring a bathing suit, change of clothes and towel for the class.
