The class includes: a Microgreens grow kit (to include tray, soil, and seeds), step by step instructions, education on the health benefits of, practical ways to incorporate them into daily meals, fun recipes, with a post class follow up email with more goodies. I also allow time for a Q & A session as well as a taste test!
