Aqua 25 One-Minute Exercises
You have one minute to work it. With 25 one-minute exercises, get a full-body cardio workout using water resistance. A variety of exercises will target all three planes of motion. A handout with the 25 exercises will be provided to help with practice anytime, anywhere. No swimming experience necessary for this shallow water class.
NOTE: Students need to bring a bathing suit, change of clothes and towel for the class.
