Charles Pinckney at the Constitutional Convention

Join Fort Sumter and Fort Moultrie National Historical Park Ranger Walter Young in learning about South Carolina delegate Charles Pinckney. Pinckney was a South Carolina delegate to the Constitutional Convention. One of the plantations he owned is now a National Park Service site in Mount Pleasant.
