Yoga Inversions & Binds

Class members will warm up with traditional Yoga movements to warm the body and increase circulation followed by slowly entering into poses with an emphasis on binding movements. One instructor will demonstrate the move as the second instructor provides individual guidance to each yogi. The next block of instruction will focus on Inversions such a legs up the wall, shoulder stand and head stand. Each yogi will choose their level of Inversions. Both instructors will assist each Yogi with their Inversions. The class will take place at the Ranch Gym where Mats, blocks and straps will be provided.
