T'ai Chi Chih, Joy thru Movement: Seated

Many of T'ai Chi Chih's 19 movements can be adapted to be done seated. Students will learn how T'ai Chi Chih is properly done seated. The seated movements are very relaxing, meditative and enjoyable, bringing many of the same benefits as the standing form. This is a class not only for those with physical limitations or balance issues, but is valuable for those who have learned how to do T'ai Chi Chih standing.
