Ultra Beginner's Yoga Series Level 1

This class is designed for the beginner. Every pose is broken down step-by-step from body alignment, to gaze, to breath. Hands-on adjustments and demonstrations of modification of poses can make every pose accessible to every type of body. Note: Please bring a yoga mat, hand towel and bottle of water to class. As part of this class, participants will receive access to a series of practice videos to help build their knowledge and confidence.
