Prior to coming to On Top of the World, Edith Gandy was President of a consulting firm that offered leadership workshops throughout the U.S. and Latin America as part of the University of Florida's Executive Education Program. Ms. Gandy has a Master's Degree in Education. In addition to her professional career, she is also a breeder of Champion Peruvian Horses and a judge for gaited horses.
