A PA native, Jim has been an instructor since 1978. He taught for the US Army, American Red Cross, AARP Driver Safety and spent the bulk of his career as a technical instructor for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency in Harrisburg, PA. He has a B.S in Psychology and a Master's in Education from Penn State.
