Aqua Tabata Class

Aqua Tabata is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class featuring timed intervals and short recovery periods. Developed by Isumi Tabata, it follows a 20-second work and 10-second recovery cycle, repeated for four minutes with four exercises. Each cycle is repeated twice for a total of six cycles, aiming to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. Held at The Ranch's indoor pool, swimming skills are not required. Note: Students should bring a bathing suit, change of clothes, and towel.
