Title: American Mahjongg and Royal Siamese

Learn to play Mahjongg and a short instruction on Royal Siamese and Siamese will be taught.  This game is good for your brain and memory.  Learning does take some commitment but it is a lot of fun.  You will learn the basic National Mahjongg League rules. When the rules are followed, everyone has a chance to win. Limit 4 students per class.  Bring a small lunch and drink.  Please bring the 2022 National Mahjongg card.  Handouts and information provided.

Title: T'ai Chi Chih, Joy thru Movement

T'ai Chi Chih (pronounced Tie Chee Chuh) is a contemporary Qigong set of 19 gentle movements.  These soft, flowing movements circulate and balance the body's internal energy flow.  The effect is cumulative and results in improved health and mental clarity.  A few benefits from regular practice that students have reported are:  enhanced balance & coordination, stress reduction, better postural alignment, increased mobility, improved concentration, mental clarity & emotional well-being, increased energy, improved immune function.

Title: Painting Abstract Butterfly

Paint an abstract butterfly and  colorful background, focusing on detailed wings. Beginners as well as experienced artists will have fun blending and experimenting with different color combinations. Instructor will answer questions and assist students. Canvas board (8 x 10), paint and brushes to use are provided. Bring apron or older top to protect clothing.

Russia Road to Terror and Dictatorship course, subtitled "The Less You Know The Better You Sleep" presents history of Russia from Lenin and Stalin to Yeltsin and Putin. The course focuses on Russia's history and its transformation  over 100+ years of building socialism  paradise.  The course covers  changes in in the country and Russian society under  Stalin, Khrushchev, Gorbachev,  Yeltsin and Putin.
