1949 - I was born in Transylvania to Holocaust Survivors Parents.

1960 - Moved to Israel at the age of 11 and at the age of 14 I met my husband Frank (Efraim). Got married in 1968 and had our first child in 1970.

1974 - After several wars and worries, we came to the US in 1974 shortly after Yom Kippur War.

We lived in Chicago for 40 years and now enjoying retirement in the Villages.

2003 Graduated from College of DuPedge in Business Management, Accounting & Marketing.
During the same time studied Jewish History in Spertus College.

In addition to working as an accountant/bookkeeper,  I thought in Hebrew Schools and Jewish Day schools for over 20 years.  I also thought the subject of Holocaust and did many presentation of my mom’s memoir in Auschwitz.

In one of my classes of Jewish Youth I had to show the movie Defiance. In preparation to the movie I researched the subject of the Jewish Resistance during the war and came across to an organization called: Jewish Partisan Educational Foundation. That is where I learned more about the subject of the Partisans.

2016 – My husband and I took a group to Israel visiting many places. One place we took the group was Yad VaShem, the Holocaust Memorial Center where I had the opportunity to hand them my mom’s memoir and my presentation.  A few weeks later I received a letter of confirmation that the memoir and the presentation is permanently documented in Yad VaShem.
